Liked: The guest house is better than I throught. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean, and its location is very close to the railway station. And the staff is friendly, and give us much useful information. I will stay here if I come to Kuala Lumpur again, and i will introduce it to my friends.

Liked: Reggae House is a clean, safe and nice hostel. Friendly staff and a good laid-back atmosphere made our stay very pleasant! You will surely meet alot of other travelers in both the hostel and downstairs in the Reggae Bar which is located right next to the hostel itself. Guests staying at The Reggea House enjoy a discount at the bar which serves both drinks and a small menu. All the facilities are new and both the kitchen and the bathrooms are very good standard for a hostel in this priceclass. The hostel also has very good security so we were never worried about our belongings. It's also a great bonus that it is located very central right next to the famous Petaling Street (Chinatown).

Liked: Reggae Hostel was an excellent place to stay in terms of location, cleanliness, safety and value for money. The staff members were also extremly friendly and helpful. However on Hostelbookers it states that luggage storage was free but according to the hostel there's a small fee for leaving your bag there which was a bit annoying. Other than that everything was great.

Liked: The place was very easy to get to from Pasar Seni train station (5 mins walk) and was very clean. The shower was also very clean and hot although the showers open into the Kitchen area. There is however only 1 room with a Window which I personally did not like and the music from the Reggae bar downstairs keeps on (loudly) till 3 am every night - but a few beers overcomes the noise no problem!

Liked: Brand new in Jan 2009. Two security locked doors. Quite small but has good clean facilities and friendly staff. There are two buildings for the Reggae Guest House on the same street about a 3 minute walk apart which i wasn't aware of but this didn't create a problem, i just had to walk down the street to the building i was staying in. A nice hostel.

Liked: The place is super clean. But there was only 1 bathroom! The pillows also sucked, but other than that everything was really nice and new and the air con was great!

Liked: Fantastic location right in the middle of China town and 500m from a major train station.Safe, clean and secure. The bar downstairs can be fun too!
