Disliked: nothing in particular but there was a funky kinda damp smell in the room.

Liked: Clean, hot water, A/C,, had a window in the bathroom and the room unlike many others on the same street that cost more. Great location. Basic usual breakfast included. No problem with 1AM check-in.

Disliked: Only 1 plug-in in the room. Internet password needs to be reset everyday and needed to logon to their page to start using it.

Liked: Staff were very helpful, after overnight flight to KL let us check in at 8.30 am at no extra charge. Position was fab if you're just dropping in to kL for shopping as it is smack bang in the middle of chinatown. Breakfast was also very good.

Disliked: Amanda left no negative feedback.
