Liked: Really friendly, helpful staff. Free tea and coffee 24 hours a day. Amazing location - literally 10 minutes walk from everywhere, Bukit Bintang, Petronas Towers, KL tower, China Town and some of the big shopping malls.

Liked: Really nice staff and good atmosphere. Nice front garden for sitting in the evening. A couple of nights people were very loud which we thought was a bit rude.

Liked: Great location (quiet area of town within walking distance of many different areas of interest in KL). Super helpful staff. Wi-Fi internet was good. Cheap beer. Showers were good. Rooms were modest, but adequate. Only complaints are that the walls were way too thin, no windows in any of the rooms, and only bed sheets were provided (not additional sheets to sleep under).

Liked: We stayed a Friday and Saturday night and got very little sleep on the Friday night due to the nightclub/bar next door that had the walls of the room vibrating with the noise (Saturday was quiet)! A shame because otherwise we couldn't fault the hostel

Liked: We liked its location and price. And the staff are polite and helpful. However, the room we were given had no window, it was next to the loudest disco ever (we used earplugs and still could feel the room shaking) and there were no rooms with ensuite bathroom. We checked out on the next day, and we only stayed in the first place because the first night was already booked.

Liked: Clean, tidy place excellent location few mins walk to Bukit Bintang and train lines in the city centre.Only problem is the place is next to a bar which seems rather random considering the location and nights can be very noisey.If your the type to be out drinking late anyway this is a good place to stay as Bukit Bintang is in crawling distance but if your after some quiet nights then this isn't the place for you

Liked: Great hostel, pretty small. Only negative was that they didn't give out keys for the dorm room so felt a little unsafe - although the people on the front desk seemed to know everyone who was staying there so this didn't seem to be too much of a problem.

Liked: Expect the loudy disco in the neighbor, the hostel was great value for money. The taxis ordered through the hostel were, however, expensive. If you are looking for something then this is your place.

Liked: the place was beautiful.i stayed there with my boyfriend and we felt really welcome. the staff is friendly and helpful.frist time i saw the blue sky while taking a shower!how awesome is that??great location within minutes walk from MTR.not many guests there at that time,but we didnt mind :) thank u!

Liked: The hostel is lovely, it is clean with great bathrooms and excellent showers. It is also walking distance to all the main sites and shops. But most of all the staff cannot do enough for you, they are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Tiara and will stay there again if I return to KL.
