Liked: Nice staff.....good location.....offers breakfast tea, coffee, water......good communal area......cable tv, dvds, books......free wifi......clean facilities.......plenty of toilets and showers........lockers in dorms

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: Cheap private rooms, wifi available in room, great location very close to LRT and Chinatown. Also close to western eateries like Nando's and Kenny Rogers Roasters, which are priced very well compared to in other countries. Self controlled air-con in each room.

Disliked: About as noisy as a private room can be, very thin walls and that echo of emptiness everytime a door is closed on the floor. Still better than a dorm bed though IMO. Shower stalls are in need of a reno.

Liked: Friendly staff, easy to find (across the street from the train station), good location.

Disliked: Private room is a bit grim (no windows, thin walls) but is a good value for money if you're trying to save.

Liked: Clean, good location, easy to buy food in surround area, cozy terrace, friendly staff. Private room with affordable price. Close to KL station (about only 2 mins walk roughly), central market nearby. Enough shower room, never have issue, never need to wait.

Disliked: Seems nothing to complain about...

Liked: Staff was great! Ashley showed us how to eat aqll kind of tropical fruits, helped to deal with Durian, which we bought, explained everything about the city! Nice place in the Center of Kualo-LUMPUR

Liked: Right near chinatown for shopping, short walk to trains, taxis passing regularly in street...good for travellers to get about

Liked: I thoght that all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and that for what you paid it was exellent value. I would definetly recommend it to people and will go back there when I am in Kuala Lumpur, marks out of 10 / 11!!

Liked: great value for money, free wifi and computers, v clean, helpful staff and secur with keycode door, balcony for drinking smoking, free dvds and tv. GREAT!

Liked: Free breakfast and Internet; staff were friendly and helpful; great location opposite central Market it's best asset especially for the price; clean and professionally run would stay here again if in KL.

Liked: - amazing staff although can be in-your-face at times, but make it clear that they're there to help you - safe inside (high security with cameras and always someone at the desk, it's also on the third floor with a key code pad outside) - showers are very strong - own A/C in room and fans everywhere

Disliked: - nervous area although very close to subway (difficult to find first time) - place looks a bit old or rundown, but surprisingly kept very clean. Sketchy-looking the first time around.

Liked: very friendly staff who gives helpful advice on our trip around KL and transport to the airport, very clean and new rooms and bathrooms. very near to Pasar Seni, central market and Petaling Street ( good place for food)

Disliked: cannot adjust a/c.

Liked: Excellent location. Friendly atmosphere and easy to meet other travellers. Its one of the very few hostels that i have seen where a cleaning lady is hard at work and does a decent job - everyday. The staff are extremely helful too.

Disliked: not enough air conditioning, had to rely on the air conditioner in the corridor felt a bit too warm inside the room.

Liked: I was very impressed about how the staff remembered the guests names, they were extremely helpful and had great suggestions tailored to my condition / needs that day. It felt welcomed from the beginning. I also really liked the good smell in the hall when you entered on 2nd floor.

Disliked: the one thing I can see improvement in is more space in the showers or at least better facilities to put your clothes while taking a shower and without getting them wet
