Liked: The staff are great here. It's a small guesthouse, just a doorway on the street just along from 7 Eleven. Our room didnt have any windows and there were no private bathrooms which was the only really downside to the place.

Liked: We had a good time in KL - especially with Matahari Lodge. Great located directly next to Chinatown and very easy to get there from the airport. Clean & friendly.

Liked: Easy to find as it's just next to the LRT station. It would be nicer if bins are emptied everyday in the washrooms.

Liked: Wonderful staff, clients, and overall friendly attitude. I've never stayed at a hostel before, but other than shared bathrooms (normal for most hostels as I understand), very little to complain about. With th\e price for value taken into account, Id say you'd be well challenged to find anything better ANYWHERE!!!!

Liked: Very friendly staff, good clean rooms, exactly what is said on the website. Good location right by the tube station too. I liked it so much, i booked another week!

Liked: The management staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially considering i had a difficult connection to make through KL. Without the enormous help they provided in this, i'm not sure whether i would've been able to make it.

Liked: THE MAIN BENEFIT WAS ITS LOCATION WHICH WAS WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE STATION, AND A FEW MINUTES FROM CHINA TOWN WHERE YOU COULD GET EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED,.WE THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT, BUT A HOTEL A FEW DOORS DOWN WITH ENSUITE COST THE SAME.ROBYN

Liked: Rooms are pretty small (you know those offices in standard shipping containers? The rooms are smaller) and basic (bed, a rack and some hooks on the door) but spotlessly clean. The aircondiotion is indirect - the corridor is airconditiones and a fans in the wall blow the colder air into the rooms.The property looks quite new and is well worth the money.Helpful staff.
