Liked: Really helpful staff. We had to leave after 1 night because we had a viral stomach bug (not caught at the hostel!) and really needed a private bathroom. There was only one bathroom to each floor. They were very understanding and gave us a full refund. We booked a private room, and although it was spotless and tastefully decorated it was very small. The walls were very thin, the rooms were prefab structures insider a smaller room. Kind of strange, felt like being in a ship's cabin. Security at the hostel was good. The breakfast that is included is acutally just bread and tea bags in the kitchen. I think the laundry services were dubious as another couple ended up with pink clothes! On the whole the friendly and helpful staff and cleanliness of the place was excellent and it was close to transport and chinatown.

Liked: the hostel is really modern, well thought out and the staff are amazing, help you with everything and spent 2 hours telling me the best places to go and drawing me a map!

Liked: Our stay in Kuala Lumpur was better because we stayed at this hostel. We cannot recommend it highly enough. It was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners, Ko and CP were very attentive, helpful and are just really nice people. The facilities were excellent (hot showers, laundry, internet, cable T,V kitchen etc.) and there is a really nice common room. We will definitely come back here again. Adrian and Karen
