Liked: Very clean, rooms with comfortable beds. Location is great, easy walking distance to everything and all the LRT, monorail lines etc run here.

Disliked: Rooms on the 1st floor (of the hostel, not the building) tend to be a bit nosier due to the buzzer system for allowing entry.

Liked: Friendly and very helpful staff. I asked for an extra small table for my laptop and got one installed in my room. Not too many hostels can do that.There were a few mounds of uncollected garbage along the sidewalks in the early evening, but they were gone by late evening or early morning. This seems typical of Kuala Lumpur and not specific to this hostel.

Disliked: The private room was a bit small. It would have been nice if the common room was found in the lowermost floor of the hostel (the hostel has 4 or 5 floors) instead of the uppermost. That way, more people will tend to stay and hang around it. It's simple law of gravity. It's easier to go down than to go up. =)

Liked: Each of the hosts were extremely friendly and really cared about the safety and comfort of the guests! We came at 5am in the morning and they allowed us to rest in the guest room until the appropriate check-in time. I even accidently left the door to my room open all day, and nothing was lost. Thank You!

Liked: The owners were very helpful and friendly. the place seemed very securelocation is great

Disliked: the rooms were ridiculous. cubicle partition walls mean you can hear people in the next room sleeping, let alone talking or worse! ...I stayed 7 nights.\not once in this time was the room cleaned, the bed was not changed and the bin was not emptied even after I asked, I eventually left 2 rubbish bags in the hallway and they were removed. it's a shame because the common areas were very clean.

Liked: Location was good with metro nearby and 7/11 also.However no lifts in the building was an agony.Room partitions were paper thin and no opportunity for socialising.

Liked: There is enough of everything to make it very good value for what you pay. Rooms are small but nice and clean and with AC. Location is very good. Breakfast is plain but you can toast yourself as many slices of toast as you want and put as much jam on them as you like.
