If the hotel could arrage to get the tickets in the Puduraya bus terminal and travel information, it is very useful and valuable for the visitors.	75%

There is a superb 24 hour restaurant with WIFI right beside and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine, clean but not huge. Highly recommeended	82%

Something to add:- I happenned got a room at first floor, the toilet ventilation fan in very noisy due to vibrations and sound liken ot the aeroplane engine. Just imagine "doing business" with that kind of iritating loud noise. Have complaint on arrival and they could not help at all, reason given was "oh is like that"..Hotel management please check and don't let yr popularity down.	87%

24 April 2009	Customer review This hotel is located at the Puduraya bus terminal so it is very convenience to take bus to other place like Malacca or Genting. However there is a Hindu temple near by, so it's somehow very loud during the Hundu rite and the wireless internet connection is not very good at my room. By the way, base on this amount, I'd come back to stay here again.	72%
