the staff were very friendly and helpful. They accidently changed us more than they should and we didnt notice. the next day they told us about the mistake and refunded the extra money. The hostel itself was very clen, homy, good facilities and very comfortable. We have been traveling all through asia for the past 2 months and it was one of the nicest places we've stayed so far.

The staff are great - great location walk everywhere thus no need for taxis- Free coffee tea & toast & internet - Cool wooden cabin rooms - clean hot water showers - TV room - with loads of DVDs to choose from to watch - very spacious - * ALL IN ALL AN EXCELLAENT HOSTEL 10 OUT OF 10 - (ANTHONY - LONDON)

Chilled out - DVD room - lots of good advice about trips to Cameron Highlands and Taman Negara from very helpful staff - who weren't pushing organised trips but gave good advice for independent travel

The rooms were a good size, the bathrooms were clean, great selection of DVDs for the quiet nights, excellent staff and good location.

Perfect room, like the decroration on the wall! Very neat,comfortable. Helpful staff, nice touch with toast and beverage 24 hr mmm the peanut butter great location thanks guys!!!!!

toast& tea/coffee/hot water all day was great. Bedrooms were pretty small and no natural light but no mossies!! Showers & toliets were all clean and well kept. Nice chill out area and supermarket next door. 10RM for a bag of washing which is done really quickly!

Haven Guesthouse is lovely! Really friendly helpful staff, good dorms and it has a great atmosphere with a large reception room/ lounge. Location was perfect and I met alot of other friendly travelers there too. Highly recommended if you're looking for a social chilled out hostel in KL!
