Liked: The staff were amazing always helping us out with whatever we needed but the amount of roaches was a bit too much for me. If u can handle roaches this place is great.

Liked: Tina, who is running the placce was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help even thogh she was not sure of the local area herself when asking her how to get to places. Tina also found nothing too much trouble. Laundry service was good. CAn't remember your promotion.

Liked: The staff/owners are really helpfull and cheery, you can sit upstairs and chill on your laptop and save money close to chinatown but not to close.

Liked: Friendly staff, very 'homey' kind of vibe. Rooftop patio with cooking facilities and breakfast included. Fridge at reception so i could keep my own food. Also close to bus station.

Liked: I woul like to make special mention regarding 2 employees, Dennis and Abu. These guys were fantastic and always went out of their way to ensure you were happy. They were most of the reason we enjoyed our visit. The roof topp terrace was great with fantastic views.

Liked: The staff at this hostel were incredible and so friendly. The best staff of any hostel we have stayed in so far. The location is also really good and the roof-top is a really nice place to relax and read a book. A brilliant hostel for such a cheap price.

Liked: They where very kind with me, all the staff ..they help me to find the way that my backpack arrive at the hotel, didin,t arrive in my flight and i have to phone to the airport, they make it for me and at last my bagpack is with me. The terrace is a place to relax and is chaep and close to the buses which goes to the petronas tower, i have nothing bad to say :)
