Peter HalpinWe arrived a day early, guy on desk accommodated us, no probs. For the money it needs an electric jug in each room. Boiling water and chilled water is available on 2nd floor, a real hassle. We were really upset when the guy on the desk offered to get a cab for us to go to bus station, Sentral, for only 75RM. He said the cabs on the street charged 100RM, he could get us one for 75RM...........FFS In all reality, the taxi on the street charged 15RM. The driver tried to tell us there were no buses and we would need a taxi for the hour drive to the airport, yeah rite, they run 24 hours. I am afraid all that has left me with a distrust of Malaysians, but guess we just found two bad eggs. Chinatown is a filthy area, will stay in my usual Bintang Buksit place next time. |

Supalak HanchaiIt's in China town but the thing I don't like is this hostel allow smoking inside the building(Lobby). So if u stay in dorm , u definately got the bad feeling. |

Hong Nhung PhamThe man at night shift is really nice and all the staffs are very helpful. The place is right in heart of ChinaTown and very easy to catch the nearby LRT and bus. However, for those looking for a hostel to meet with other backpackers it's not really the place. It's a hotel :) |

Customer reviewPros: Great location in the very heart of Chinatown near Putu Raya bus station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: Dirty shared bathroom. The cheaper "private" rooms are actually dorm with beds separated by paper-thin walls and doors with no lock. Very noisy if others are watching TV or coming late. It's worth to pay more for proper room. |

Marti PericayNice and good value (some 90 ringgit a double room). Rooms big, clean and not noisy, the only problem was that you didn't have AC control. |

Customer reviewit all looks quite nice on arrival and staff are nice but if staying in a dorm be prepared for it to be noisy - especially in the morning when half of the guests get up and go to work, also seems to be a bit of a hospital ward at times with people coughing things up and spitting in the shared bathroom!! also there is no way of locking the dorm with beds only separated by curtains/partitions so need to use a small locker and padlocks on bags |

Wesley O'BrienThe hotel rooms are nice (have stayed in them before) but opted for a dorm this time which was a big mistake. If you are considering the dorm i'd probably look elsewhere, just not very nice and full of...well not backpackers, more like people who are working in Chinatown, also is just a massive room with curtains seperating all the beds, which makes it really bloody noisy as all the chinese think the curtains are sound proof walls! Wouldn't do the dorm again, but the hotel itself is really nice and private rooms are good. |

Customer reviewdorm is noisy due to being a collection of bunks on what appears to be a corridor. each bunk is seperated by a partition, and each controls its own lights (good for privacy but bad if you cant sleep with lights on). However the location couldn't be better and it is clean. |
