The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was quiet and clean, plenty of places to eat and shop. It was not particularly close to the city center, but June called a taxi driver who works with the hotel and is fair and honest. Taxi to city center is USD6. Buses are convenient also.

First, Two thumbs up for the hotel reception personnel.. They are sooo helpfull, nice and smiley! I love that!! I regret that I can't remember the name of the very nice lady at reception, hope we can meet her again. This hotel is nice, simple and clean. For improvement we expect in the future the hotel can provide a pick up service and city tour, so the tourist can really discover JB at the fullest!
