It was a real hotel for the price of a hostel. A good restingplace for the journey between KL and Tamah Negara. They didn't get my booking from this site though, so my deposit was a waste of money.

Staff was very friendly and helpfully. We could choose between 3 rooms. Duting our tour we could store our baggage in the baggages storage.

Sri Emas is centrally located in Jerantut. They have friendly staff who come and pick you up from the train/bus station for free. The hotel is part of a travel group who can sort out transportation to the national park (reliable!), as well as accommodation, tours etc. The rooms were pretty average, but fine as it was just a quick stop to get to the national park from.

It really was the only place to stay in Jerantut and it was a great place to organise your ongoing trips to Taman Negara, KL and other places in Malaysia.
