 The manageress and her offsider were always very friendly and helpful. It was quiet but a little out of the way. Good value but partying is not encouraged -signs saying no alcohol on the property-though that doesn't exclude partying!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.Rooms are very clean and as it is not on main street it's also quiet.Fantastic banana pancakes for breakfast!Tours available for the same prize as in travel agency.Laundry service- once we even got back our stuff on the same day after 3 hours.As we stayed in the new building it's called the KRC Hostel next to Twin Pines.

The garden was well kept and a very nice place to sit and relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful, quite attentive.

Very good hotel near the center of Tanah Rata. Very clean, it looks quite pale and doesn't show any real cosiness, though, we had a very good stay there.

A lovely atmosphere and great staff, one even helped us to plan our trip around India! The room was clean and the mattress comfy. It's a 5 min max walk from the bus station but they also do pick-ups. Take your own loo paper!

Great location in a beautiful part of Malaysia. The staff were very friendly and there was a laidback welcoming atmosphere around the hostel. The gardens are very pretty. Our room was slightly on the small side but adequate enough for us. Very good hostel, I would definitely stay there again if I went back to the Cameron Highlands. Visit the BOH Tea Plantation and a strawberry farm - the strawberries are incredible. I heard the hikes are amazing too I just didn't have time. Next time!

staff are helpful.rooms are clean. single room w/out shower is offered at doormitory price, which is very cheap! but maybe they can improve a bit in creating a backpackers athmosphere, thats the only thing it lacks.

the main attraction on this hostel was the location and the helpfulness of the staff. Since it gets very cold at Cameron Highlands at night there should have been more bedlinen. Fortunately the helpful staff provided extra blankets.

I stayed alone in the new 2nd house...therefore No fun. Staff was friendly anyway.

We were in the new part of the hostel up the hill. It is spotlessly clean and quiet. The staff were absolutely lovely. Felt very rested and relaxed when we came away. Would recommend it to people who like peaceful places.
