Liked: Central and within easy reach to all sights in Skopje. Staff very welcoming. Comfortable beds.

Liked: Central location

Disliked: I wasn't provided with a key, just told there would be someone there 24/7, so security and access weren't ideal. The owner's dogs were not well controlled and kept me up one night.

Liked: The location is great. It's down the street from the bus station and across from the mall. One staff member, Hope, was very nice.

Disliked: This hostel has a lot of problems, but our biggest gripe is that one of the staff members stole our iphone! When we went back to the property to ask what was going on (We didn't discover it was missing until later), the man working there yelled at us and told us he couldn't believe we came back. We travelled all the way back from Montenegro only to get yelled at and told we were being ridiculous. On top of that, the staff members invite their friends over all night, there are bugs everywhere, no AC or fans, and the cheese and milk at breakfast were spoiled! Stained sheets and mattresses and only one bathroom for the whole property. Do not stay here if you enjoy cleanliness and security of your things!

Liked: Located 5 minute walk from the train station. Be careful if you are using the 2009 Lonely Planet, the hostel has moved to a different location. Trust the directions in the Hostel Bookers confirmation email!

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was nice that when i got there I was able to go straight to my bed! Plus the location is good, although the instructions need to be changed slightly on the website!

Disliked: There was only one shower for the whole of the hostel and toilet! It was a nightmare! It just doesn't seem like it has been finished off yet! I was only there for a night so it was hard to judge the atmosphere - it may have been better if I was there longer!

Liked: Friendly staff. Central location.

Disliked: The hostel only has one toilet and one shower for the whole place. Using it in the morning was a headache. When I finally used it there was no hot water left. The hostel is also not easy to find at first. The directions aren't that clear but it's a 5 min walk from the bus/train station.

Liked: nice hostel walking distance to the center and very close to the bus station. very clean and breakfast is good. the staff is nice and helpful and knows a lot about Macedonia.

Liked: Amazing range of facilities on offer for the price. Breakfast, dinner, towels, linen, hot showers, internet etc. Location was good, and directions I found easy to follow (although some others didn't). Staff were really helpful with any questions. Seemed really laxed, perfect for a few nights in Skopje.

Disliked: Being picky but I had my confirmation from hostelbookers telling me I would still owe 432 in local currency and when I went to pay they said 480. I didnt have confirmation on me and had to show on email and then they were like oh the website must be wrong. its only about one euro and they let me have it at the original price but i hate to get petty like that and i kind of didn't feel comfortable there afterwards.

Liked: It was close to the station, but not too far from the centre. It wasn't busy at all. The staff were lovely and it had a balcony. Furthermore breakfast was great. They served feta!

Disliked: No pool table
