Liked: We booked a private room at Art Hostel as the hotels in Skopje were prohibitively expensive. It actually ended up being quite a good hostel – very clean and in a reasonably good location (around 15 mins walk to the square). There was also free wifi at the hotel, which is always a plus. Eva, who was running the hostel while we were there was really kind and very helpful. The only criticism we have of the hostel was that the sheets we were given for the private room were extremely old and didn’t fit the bed properly. Apart from that, we had a good stay at the Art Hostel.

Liked: Internet, warm atmosphere, you could sit on a floor on big pillows while being on internet, breakfast was great (tomatoes, eggs...)
