Liked: The hostel is decent.. Nothing special, but a clean and sometimes fun place.. The staff is also providing you with helpful information about trains and buses, as well as excursions to the surroundings of Skopje..While you are staying there, you will find a dentist more or less just across the street.. Dr. Blagoevski, who offers dental cleaning for just 15€.. Very recommendable, since he is very friendly and will give your teeth a dental treatment that they never experienced in Western Europe.. It takes about 45min.

Disliked: The place is a little dark, but that is all... The breakfast/dinner is also very nice, so no real negative comments that I could give this hostel...

Liked: Breakfast was ok.

Disliked: The room was really really tiny only the bed was fitting and dirty. Sheets were full of former guests' hairs...Bathroom wasn't very clean too. We used the washing machine service but the owner did not tell us there was no dryier so we had to leave with wet laundry...

Liked: Nice outdoor drinking/socialising area great for meeting people, some nice restaurants nearby, not too far to the city centre with most of the sights/nightlife, very good value for money!

Disliked: The "free macedonian dish for dinner" advertised upon booking was just salad, but far ennough, in times of recession...

Liked: Good location and pretty cool outside hangout area. Cheap

Disliked: The staff wasnt overly helpful and actually pointed me in the wrong direction to the city center and did'nt know where to find a post office. They meant well and were friendly enough though. overall it was a fine place to stay but city hostel down the street is just as cheap and the owner is much friendlier and helpful

Liked: Good location, easy 15 minute walk from bus/train station. Good breakfast and evening salad included. Complete kitchen with a market just across the street. Overall good place

Liked: It took uw approximately 15 minutes to get there by walk from the trainstation. The hostel is pretty fine located and has a large garden. It's an excellent place to relax and regenerate. We've booked a private room which was actually located next to the hostel in another building. Internet is not yet available over there, so if you need internet during your stay it might be good to book a dorm bed. In the garden you have quite a good signal too. I would definitely recommend this place!

Liked: This is a suburban house converted into a hostel. A little strange at first, but also quite comfortable with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas. A bit hard to find at first but that is more to do with Skopje and less to do with the hostel (not many street signs, winding streets). Walking distance to the train/bus station and centre. Bathrooms need improvement, the shower head holder is broken so I had to take a shower holding the hose - just annoying.

Liked: I loved this quirky place.Airport pickup was prompt.There was a pan of soup waiting when I arrived very late.They will even do your laundry.Great outdoor space and a wood burning stove in the kitchen.

Liked: The breakfast was OK, the hostel felt a little hostile and the basement we were supposed to stay in was mouldy and gross but the staff thankfully moved us to a nice room.

Liked: One of the greatest hostels I've ever stayed at. Beautiful place, unique character and atmosphere, very clean and homey. The staff is also great - friendly, helpful and caring. I could stay there for ages and forget all about having to come back to real world. Would definitely recommend it to everyone staying at Skopje.
