 The personal was very helpful. The rooms was very nice and cosy. Totally satisfaction for the price!

Excellent, newly refurbished rooms, tastefully and luxuriously decorated - no kidding! Fully working kitchen.

This is a clean hostel with spacious rooms. The owners are not only friendly, but also helpful in all matters. They speak English, German, and who knows what else! Ruta Hotel is a little difficult to find, but just follow the description, as their is no sign yet. When I return to Kleipeda, I will definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Clean and cozy room with everything you need (also kitchen things). It was not the place to gather with other people, but it wasn't what we wanted. Hostel-hotel is situated in quiet place and surrounded by trees, we relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay there!

I turned up and they told me I didnt have a booking, I couldnt find anything else in Klaipeda for that night so had to catch the bus to Vilnius. It was very inconvenient even though they had confirmed it. I better have not been charged for the night accommodation - already wasted enough on the deposit!
