Liked: very friendly, accomodating and helpful staff

Disliked: missed outlets in the dorm as well as a lamp next to every single bed in case I would like to read or work while the others are already sleeping - there was only an overall light for the room

Liked: Almost everything was great - staff, location, atmosphere and price. Well-equipped kitchen and clean bathroom.

Disliked: There wasn't lady's bathroom and WC on our floor, that wasn't convenient at all.

Liked: It was a good atmosphere to meet people which is the way a hostel should be. There people there were very helpful and willing to do what they could to help you in anyway.

Disliked: It was a bit noisy at times

Liked: Helpful and beautiful staff, nice bar to drink a beer and talk, very good wifi signal, very good instructions about the city on the reception, clean facilities. Girls thanks for all! Kisses from Brazil!

Disliked: The floor was noisy when there were people walking, maybe because it was made of wood. The beds could be better.

Liked: Had the best time ever staying at this hostel! When we arrived we were greeted by extremely friendly staff, given a complimentary welcome beer (woohoo!) and told all about Riga! A great welcome! This was only the beginning. Moments later we discovered the '24 hour' bar! After several drinks we decided to retire to bed as it had been a long day of travelling. We were pleased to find extremely clean and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Included in the price is breakfast, free Wi-Fi, towels and lots of laughter! Would recommend everyone chooses this hostel!

Liked: It's easy to meet people at this hostel, and the staff are friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. The dorms have high ceilings, but the lockers in the dorms didn't seem to be functioning. One of the cleanest hostels I've ever seen with a cleaning person seemingly working around the clock. You can party at the hostel bar, or close the hall door and get some sleep. The noise seemed to come more from drunks outside than in. I'd definitely stay here again.

Disliked: There is an enclosed smoking area in the bar, but you still leave the common area smelling of tobacco smoke. And, they've given the smokers the best view from the bar!

Liked: Atmosphere and people are cool, good welcoming and beer at the bar, a lot of trips and events are planned. The location is perfect, right by the old town. 5 min within walking distance.

Disliked: Rooms are not that big, lockers and space not enough for the people in the room

Liked: Out standing customer service and a free beer right from the start, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. placed right in the middle of Riga, with some excellent places to go to right on the door step.

Disliked: a bit of trouble from the locals

Liked: Great hostel, very helpful staff, clean and nice rooms and showers. A lot of activities (excursions, parties, bar etc). And very low price.

Disliked: Like most hostels the rates move up on the weekend so we had to move on to a cheaper option but seems like they are booked up on week'ends and they have that luxury,

Liked: Awesome hostel. Staff were great, lots of people around, great kitchen, common area and bar. Very much a party hostel.

Liked: Really close to the center, nice bar (cheap beer) and a lot of computer with free internet

Liked: Truly a superb place to stay. Location is excellent, staff are friendly with excellent English, and the bar and lounge area with internet and Sky Sports playing 24/7 makes it a great place to stay for backpackers. The rooms are secure and the beds were comfortable.

Disliked: The room could have done with some aircon when I was there, but I guess there's little need for this during most of the year.

Liked: Good value for the money. Really cheap and a great hostel! Friendly staff and free guidtours. Guest from every corner of the world.

Disliked: Hmm the only thing would be that I wished they had readinglamps next to the beds in the dorms and some better working air condition because in the summer, the rooms got really hot.

Liked: loved this hostel, heaps of activities during the day and night to keep you busy, friendly staff. very well run hostel.

Disliked: one of our rooms got very hot at night, we should have organised a fan but apart from that it was great.
