Avetisyan AvetisVery nice location i would say fantastic location. Closer to railway station and bus station and all the main attractions. Right in the middle of the old town. Stuff kind and friendly. Breakfast is ok but for us was enough nice. The whole hostel is very clean including bathrooms and toilets. Wifi internet connection is fast and you always have computers in the meting rooms. I reccoment this hostel is very nice you can have tea and coffe for free how much you like. Mate RabThis place is amaaaazing!! I will offer all of my friends and others, too. The bed and every staff there were really clean and comfortable, we got free breakfeast for this (nothing) money, and it was also delicios and plentiful. The common places - especially the kitchen - is the best part of the hostel. There was everything - and a littlebit more - what you need for relax cheerfulness. rachel blakemanThis is a GREAT hostel!!!! The staff are super friendly (one even leant me her student card so I could get in to an exhibition for free) and really happy and helpful. The 15 bed dorm could get a bit crowded between the beds, but otherwise its all sweet. The location is PERFECT too, right in the old town, yet only 10 minutes walk from the newer area too. I recommend to do the free Riga walking tour advertised in the hostel. Would definitely stay here again. |

Customer reviewThe front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The nightclub directly below my bedroom that blasted music until the sun came up wasn't so good though. Neither were the parties. If you want to party all night, drink until you pass out or break something, this is your place. If you think it shouldn't be NECESSARY to wear earplugs in order to sleep at 03:00, you'll want to go elsewhere. |

Yvonne Shepherd ThornIt was in a good location, but a bit noisy at night time bc of clubs and bars nearby. I found out next morn I could have got earplugs! Why dont these large hostels have a dish washer machine in kitchen - I dont feel good about mis-matched cups and plates that other residents use and hand rinse. Otherwise it was good value for money, safe and central. ps. the girl at the desk told me 'left and left' for the airport bus...I ignored my own good map reading and took her advice and was late for bus and almost didnt make my flight! |

Jessica McCubbinRiga Hostel is right in the centre of Old Town and is fun, friendly and comfortable. Its not a huge party hostel but its a good place to hang out. If you stay in the dorm room on the top level though, pick a bottom bunk because the mattresses are much softer. I had a top bunk and it was like a rock. Still had a decent sleep though. |

Rebecca Monckthe 15 bed dorm is really really really cramped and the shower and toilet ensuite are...... interesting. but hey, its really cheap, the staff are great AND you get breaky! |
