Liked: The room and the bed was really good for the price.

Disliked: The location, it is too closed to the train station, so,in the night time it does not look the best place to stay.

Liked: Such a cosy place! Very helpful staff, rooms are very comfortable and renovated. Everything was very clean, toilets never was dirty. Good breakfast in the morning (bread, flakes, juice, eggs, vegs&fruits). There are cooking facilities, so you can prepare your own meal. Great accomodation for this money!

Liked: That the relationship between the quality of service and the prices is really good! It was very friendly, clean and cosy hostel with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend and would go again!

Liked: simple, but cozy, you can take a walk to get to center and old town, not every hostel advertise restroom for smokers, tnx for possibility i think there are still people with this bad habit who need this

Liked: It is quite clean and tidy, especially the bath room and washing room! Superly clean!! The free breakfast is very good. The stuff is helpful and sweet.

Disliked: Maybe the location is little bit far from the old town (of course within the walking distance), but it very close to the center railway and bus station!

Liked: I liked the privacy with rooms located on different floors and in different flats. I also liked the colourful interiour and the good atmosphere in the premises.

Disliked: The staff at the reception could do even more to add an including atmosphere by not using their computer so much. Often I got the feeling that the "internet"-world was more interesting than the guests staying at the hostel. It wouldn't take much to change this because the staff was really friendly when talking to me, but I always got the feeling that it was preferable that I said as little as possible and when I did not say anything they didn't take any initiative to talk and remained happily chatting on internet instead. I would therefore say; "Less internet chat and more live guest chat"

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a great way to start the day...I never understand why people complain about an INCLUDED breakfast? Rooms were nice and big, towels, linens were included and clean. Directions that the hotel posts seem confusing at the time but when you reach the hostel you realize how straight forward they really are (just do EXACTLY what it says). All in all, a safe, comfortable, and cheap place to spend a couple of nights.

Disliked: Not really a place conducive to meeting people. Bathrooms could perhaps do with a bit of cleaning (they constantly smelled).

Liked: First of all, it's staff. People are very friendly and willing to help. Additionally, there' is a small supermarket in the same building, very helpful.

Liked: The hostel can be found very easily, the instructions they give are great. It was all very clean, the room as well as the bathroom. The bed in our room was big and comfortable and we actually spend more time in our room then in the city! :)The staff is very friendly, they help you with any problem you have, they even borrowed me their own PC recharger when my laptop collapsed ! The kitchen is fully equiped, you can cook whatever you want and help yourself with free tea and coffe anytime. The breakfast is standard, nothing special but good and sufficient. The old Riga centre is 10 min of walking from the hostel and so is a big supermarket when you can buy food. Also people in Riga speak English so you can easily ask for anything in the streets and they will help you. I would very recommend this hostel, the services you get for the price are just great!!

Liked: Nice, cozy and clean place. Also very helpful staff. Hey, they even have hanging chair in main chill zone :)

Liked: Big and comfortable double room (we booked a double but actually got a three person dorm). Nice and warm. Lovely kitchen and lounge area, central location, good breakfast until 12:00 which was awesome, staff friendly and nice.

Disliked: Bathroom could be cleaner. No sound insulation in walls and could hear everything from one room to the other.

Liked: First time stayed here about 6months ago and was pretty ok except for the broken window that wouldnt close. Staff was nice. Good location.

Disliked: BEDBUGS. Says it all.
