Ezera Maja is situated on the only street in Liepaja that connects the Baltic sea and Liepaja’s lake and is five minutes walk from the city center.

This 100 year old house has been completely renovated and offers you all comfort with its homely, Latvian spirit. There are five rooms on two floors. Each floor has its own entrance and self catering kitchen.

The old wooden roof has been renovated and we are proud of its new wooden shingle roof, currently the only one in Liepaja. There is a private, spacious yard for parking cars and sitting outside.

You will be enchanted by the decor of each of the rooms in Ezera Maja. Even the tiniest detail has been made with the special love of an artist’s hand. The rooms are equipped using natural local materials, keeping the ancient feel of the house.

English, German, Russian, Latvian are spoken by the owners who will welcome you warmly in the Latvian style and show you round the house and your accommodation.

We offer our guests 3 rooms and a communal kitchen / dining area on the ground floor:

1st room with double bed and shower / WC, TV and DVD player
2nd room with double bed, single bed and shower / WC, satellite TV
3rd room with double bed and shower / WC / bath, satellite TV

There is also a large, comfortable kitchen and dining area, a conservatory and a laundry room for guests to use.

We offer our guests 2 rooms and a communal kitchen / dining area on the 1st floor:

Each room is for 5 people with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a separate sleeping place for one on the mezzanine, and with shower / WC, satellite TV.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a washing-mashine.

Location Information

Ezera Maja is 10 minutes walk from the large covered market with fresh food and local crafts, from the long sandy beach and all historical centers.

Liepaja was once the summer resort of the Russian Tsars and the ice free port for their Baltic fleet. The white sandy beach offers numerous activities in the summer: swimming, sun bathing, collecting small pieces of amber, long walks. Liepaja is easily accessible by car, bus, train or plane.
