Liked: Friendly helpful owner, with excellent English. Fun atmosphere. The only place with 24 hour electricity. Cheapest place bar one in Muang Ngoy. However, for not much more can get en-suite and river view so we decided to change. If you book via Hostelbookers it is best to confirm by phone as there is no internet in Muang Ngoy and owner relies on a friend to call her.
