Liked: Room was nice and large, clean when we arrived , good location

Disliked: Staff not very helpful, it could be due to language but they were all very young and no one seemed to know what was going on. Very loud in early mornings from other guests and staff. WIFI Connection not good

Liked: Great location and really nice rooms. We stayed longer than we originally booked for!

Disliked: A little more expensive than we would normally pay but the cheaper places we've stayed have been of very poor quality so I guess it's better to pay a bit more in Laos in general! The tuk tuk driver struggled to find it at first (no idea why!) so be sure to have the telephone number with you just in case! (Obviously this wasn't the hotels fault.)

Liked: Good location right on the Mekong River Road and close to downtown. Room was cozy, not too large, but nice. The a/c worked. I didn't use the shower so I can't comment there, but I assume there was hot water. The tv had cable and the internet worked. The staff helped me out when I had a problem with a tour operator who failed to pick me up, calling them several times and giving directions in Laotian.

Disliked: No breakfast, and for the price, just a little overpriced. Can't really complain much.. it would have been nice though if they did serve breakfast, even if I had to pay for it.

Liked: Clean and safe.

Disliked: The map given online was wrong, so we ended up spending more than an hour trying to find this place. It charged double what you could get around the corner for something very similar, so this also was a disappointment. The staff was not overly friendly or helpful.
