it is a cycling distance at 6.0 km from our hostel. Thompson falls sport camp and Hostel is a new budget hostel with ensuite African shaped cottages and a vast area for camping. A double decker bus converted into a group dormitory offer our clients a taste of real adventure! Location: about 3h drive from Nairobi

Nearby attractions includes Thomson falls, lake Ol bolossat and its wetlands rich in bird species Hippos and Subukia escarpment. As a budget facility, it is an overnight stop for tourists enroute to Aberdares, Mt. Kenya, Rumuruti, Samburu Maralal, Nanyuki and Laikipia areas.

Facilities at the hostel/ campground consist of 3 ensuite round shaped cottages, bus dorm, cafeteria, self catering kitchen, meeting hall -50 people, jogging track and a 4km adjacent earth round for athletes training. All situated in a natural environment.
