Liked: Nice and clean. Hot water for shower. Bedroom was big enough and the bed is comfortable. Friendly staff. Friendly taxi drivers. The price is right for the food. They offer B,L, D. Perfect! Plus, the young girl makes excellent pancakes!

Liked: It's about at 15 minute drive to downtown, but the location is serene and quiet. It's really an oasis from the busy city of Nairobi. The rooms are clean and staff is helpful. Definitely recommend.

Liked: the hostel was run by very wel informed and extremely friendly staff, who were more than willing to go out of their way for their customers. The food was great, we asked for something very specific and they cooked a wonderful meal, at a very reasonable price. they gave us great advice on safaris and made sure we had everything required for a fun stay.its also a good place to meet travellers as opposed to tourists...heard some great storied from a real mix of people.

Liked: Very informative staff and very willing to help! Zipporah arranged a very nice day for us in Nairobi and found us drivers whenever we needed them. She is honest and very well connected.
