We have fused together culture and tradition, art and design, cuisine, relaxation and African attitude creating a world unlike any that is loved by many, known as the Beach Africa.

Fresh seafood is available daily and it is prepared the local way, on firewood, which gives the famous taste of the area. Here is the only place, where you can grill on your own food or let the chef do the tasty local BBQ for you.

Overseeing the Indian Ocean, at the entrance of a Mangrove creek, here you can forget about the world and switch off. The Beach is hidden and wants to be discovered; the moments you spend here will become timeless memories.

Accommodation Information

This is an unbelievable place; you just have to see it to believe it! Comfortable chill-out and Reggae music fills the air and the ocean surrounds guests as they relax while enjoying nature’s gifts. The bandas and tree houses are very cosy & comfortable and have been built in a unique African style, offering a double bed including a mosquito net and paraffin lamp. Karibu (Welcome) as we say here in Kenya for everyone at anytime who wants to relax and break away from their normal lives while enjoying the true beach life as a beach bum. At 10* Euros (500/- KSH) per person per night per tree house, 12* Euros ( 600/- p.p.) or you can rent/ pitch your tent for 250 KSH (approx. 2.5 Euros*) or get a Dorm Bed for 4* Euros. We are surrounded by excellent diving spots, wind/ kite surfing spots and we offer fishing trips, dolphin dives and safari bookings. English, German & Spanish translators are on site. Location Information

The Beach is located in Mtwapa, a hip and young town, with many shops, bars and discos at only 20 minutes from Mombasa Town. The Beach is 10 minutes away from the famous Jumba la Mtwana Ruins and other historical sites; we offer fishing & snorkelling trips, dolphin dives and safari bookings.
