I liked the location, it's very close to Akihabara and within walking distance to the imperial palace
I liked the clean, new rooms, comfortable beds and facilities in the rooms. This was all excellent, as was the daily cleaning service, included in the price. I thought the breakfast was good value for money but was let down as the hot food was cold, apparently a common complaint. The unlimited coffee was good though, and is pricey elsewhere...There is a 24/7 shop downstairs and reception is 24 hours. It really feels like a 4.5 star hotel with a couple of convention rooms on the first floor and flash leather couches in reception area. It comes with the stuff you would expect for that, including inroom safe, flatscreen TV, and all the razors and toothbrushes you can get through...I'll definitely stay here again. Wake up call and taxi advance booking was handy! A bit formal for the youth market looking for fun but fantastic value for a secure, modern and comfortable hotel.NB. I think there will be construction across the road for the next year or so, but it did not seem too noisy.

Excellent Hotel, probably the best value for money inTokyo, especially the single rooms.
There is a communal kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob, microwave and washing machine, also a communal pc. The place is very clean and they even have a japanese bath. Each room has tv(although japanese only) and temperature control. The staff are absolutely friendly and helpful!

This was my second trip to this Hotel, and the staff addressed me on first name terms, and was welcomed back to the hotel everytime I came in. It doesn't look that special on the outside, but it's the politeness of the staff , the room is cleaned everyday & having access to the internet via a FREE Lan cable which helped a lot
It was conveniently loacted near the train station and was safe and secure. Perfect place to start your trip in Tokyo.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, eg they gave us a crash course in navigating the various subway and train services across Tokyo (a myriad of different providers and not always operating the same way. Also maps are often showing either subway or train lines, which can lead to unnecessary detours if unaware)
If I come to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay here again. The atmosphere was great for us: clean andquiet, with a japanese touch. The rooms were with tatami and futons, which we liked. The decoration was elegant, smart and very japanese. It included an option for breakfast or bento (japanese lunchbox), very unexpensive. There were enough bathrooms and showers, they were really clean, and the showers had a system that encouraged showering fast. The WCs on the ground floor had special options that included a water spray to clean yourself; very clean and comfortable. The nearest metro station is a very convenient line. There is also a JR station nearby, and a couple of supermarkets. The staff was very nice and approachable. It was possible to pay with credit card (unusual in Japanese hostels), although with a 5%fee.

My first experience of travelling alone, my bed was much bigger than expected, it was lovely as it meant after a long day of walking and site seeing I could really stretch out and relax. As well as having the choice between a lovely long bath in the evening or a quick shower in the day. Really felt like I was immersed in the Japan experience with the TV set to local channels too. The staff were super friendly, and always helpful. Even directing to local physicians when I got rather poorly. Helped with learning useful phrases and directing to good places to eat around town. Staff also quick to check each room was ok after earthquake too. Great place to stay. Clean room, and bathroom. Absolutely great staff members, I don't think I can fault it.
It was in a quiet area off of the main road, easy to get to from the subway, and close to a temple we wanted to see. Sitting on the rooftop at night was relaxing.

it is the best 2/2.5 star 'hotel' I have ever stayed at. It is so clean and new feeling that it must have been renovated recently. other reviews cover it very well so i'll leave it at that
Close to a nice shopping street and within walking distance of two stations. Reasonably close to both the airport and Eastern parts of Tokyo.
