Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were more than willing to help us figure out trains and hours that attractions were open.

Disliked: It was a little hard to find at first, but the map was helpful. Also, while the sheets were very clean, the comforters looked a little dirty.

Liked: Good value, friendly staff, free wifi, good location. Japanese style futon room good for experience the culture.

Disliked: Shower room two floors down there are only two.

Liked: Close to Shinagawa station which you can get Narita Express trains to Narita airport.

Disliked: Reception opening times were a bit random as when I arrived, nobody was there, however there were notes on the wall saying just leave your stuff in the hallway, reception opening times, etc... The people staying next door kept on banging their door shut.

Liked: owners were extremely helpful .... and the room was nice ...

Disliked: there were only two shower rooms, and i cannot imagine if the guest house is fully booked ......

Liked: staffs were totally helpful and friendly, wish i had more time to talk to~ and the location was the best thing ever, so convenient to look around Tokyo, as long as it's expensive to pay for transportation the location was really important to me. also CVS, familymart was the next door :) highly recommend this hostel~

Disliked: it wasn't that busy when i was staying, but if you go there in busy season, probably it's not enough to use shower in the morning. but over all it was clean, so good enough for me.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff that took time to carefully assist me with a personal problem. Very clean, and good value for your money. Good access to major train stations.

Disliked: Shower facility was a little bit awkward. Also was a bit hard to find the first time.

Liked: I enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff there. They were very accommodating and helpful. I also really appreciated how close the location was to the rail station. It was only one train stop away from Shinagawa Station.

Disliked: There wasn't anything in particular that I disliked.

Liked: It's an excellent place to stay. The single room was small, but cozy. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. While I was there, they threw a bbq party for all the guests.

Disliked: The location is a little far from everything else. It's not that big of a problem because of how convenient the subway system is. The walk from Shinagawa station to the hostel is a flat 10 min walk. Not that bad.

Liked: Very friendly helpful people - Japanese style rooms and facilities - location on an interesting street - easy to meet others.

Disliked: We had one night in a room for two which was really small. But the other features of the property make up for it - and we did have a bigger room for the other two nights.

Liked: This is an average hostel. My room was very small but it was very clean and the heater makes me warm. The bathroom was convenient and clean, too. You have your own key to the room so there's no need to worry about safety. The staff was nice and friendly. They charge you for the internet but it was very cheap.There's no special impression, compared to other very professional hostels. But still, I have nothing against it. It's a fine place to stay and I have good sleep and good shower.
