Liked: Arrived late (around midnight). Staff on front desk very friendly and helpful

Disliked: Stayed in the 10 bed dorm for a night. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, like sleeping on cardboard. Was on the 10th floor, to use the showers you have to go all the way to the basement, and its a charge to use them.

Liked: Price, location rather close to Roppongi, Shinjuku and Shibuya. 10th floor!

Disliked: One guy in the reception wasn't very friendly, you have to pay 100 yen for the showers.

Liked: The only truly "free Wi-Fi" that I found in Tokyo was here!

Disliked: The shared dorm room would be improved with some lockers. The capsule rooms have them, but not the shared dorm.

Liked: Relative closeness to Shinjuku

Disliked: Dorm rooms had no security at all, essentially dorm room in the attic of the building and gets ridiculously hot. Showers in the basement and dorm on the 10th floor. Beds uncomfortable and zero hostel atmosphere

Liked: Very friendly staff to help travelers. Quiet place to sleep at night. Location is closed to 2 big hubs: shinjuku and shibuya for tourists.

Disliked: Even though location is not far, using the metro with trains change is still tiring. But getting closer could mean much bigger $$$.

Liked: A clean place to sleep in relative privacy with a great location just two stops from Shinjuku. I recommend the capsule beds.

Disliked: The shower room was a bit dirty...

Liked: no esta mal , para unos pocos dias, tuve la suerte de estar muy solo en el salon, es decir.. silencio y noches tranquilas.. algunos dias van y vienen personas y es mas incomodo.. pero no vas a tokyo a dormir o si? la localizacion de verdad es muy buena

Disliked: pagar por las duchas es extremo creo

Disliked: It is impossible to sleep correctly inside the room. We have a light which remains switch on until two a.m. It is a pure nightmare

Liked: location was decent, price was cheap

Disliked: the only word that i can think of to describe the dorm is refugee camp. there were no lockers, the bathroom light didn't function, the dorm light was on for most of the night (with people coming in and out), there was no lock on the dorm room (so anyone who had access to the building had access to the dorm). the price is good for the location, but it depends how much you can tolerate!

Liked: Free internet and very cheap phone calls all over the world.Nice common room with television and sofa group.

Disliked: Quite expensive for very little room to sleep in, very warm at night. You pay extra to sleep end the special beds, which is described on hostelbookers.

Disliked: Lack of cooking facilities, no key for either main enterance or room so isn't the most secure

Liked: The best part was definitely the location. Close to all of the most interesting parts of Tokyo.

Disliked: The beds aren't comfortable and the commons area isn't the best.

Liked: Location and price.

Disliked: The rooms were very stuffy and there was no atmosphere or character. Also the staff were quite apathetic, one guy in particular was very stern. There was an older man who was helpful and friendly.

Liked: the location is amazing for people who are visiting tokyo! it's just a jump from shinjuku, and by metro you kan get anywhere in a few minutes!We did not have a capsule as we thought we would, but stayed on the 10th floor, which is a beautiful normal 12 bedroom dorm! there was nothing to complain about!

Disliked: Felix left no negative feedback.

Liked: the guy on the front desk was really nice and friendly. it was clean and had free wifi

Disliked: the door is shut between 2am and 4am kind of feels like you are on a school trip and not an adult paying to stay there. they hoover the room during the day even if everyone in the room is still asleep. we didnt get to check in til 4pm! even though check out is 11am. the showers cost 100yen and are not the greatest. not really where you would go for a party hostel, constantly being told to keep quiet and we got in trouble for our room being a mess even though it was only our laudry hanging up.
