Liked: Staff were very friendly, and about a 15minute walk from Ginza metro station. Room was clean except the washroom, it had a smell like a cheap hostel in Thailand. I think if the price was half what they are charging then it would be acceptable. Hotel was empty when I arrived because it was closed for Golden Week I think but they were still taking booking online.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: very very friendly and helpful staff. rooms are clean and the location is ok. its a bit expensiv for the budget traveler but i would still recomend it.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
