Liked: the really thin mattresses we were sleeping on were totaly worn out in the middle and should be exchanged soon - everything else was great

Liked: There are some questions missing from your survey. Most important of all is what suggestions do you have for the hostels? This hostel is OK but the biggest problem is mosquitoes. We have to close the windows and turn on air-conditioning although it was quite pleasant weather to open the windows for fresh air.

Liked: There was no elevator in the building, but the sleeping cabins were very comfortable. Everything was clean and there was a very nice common room downstairs, with kitchen, tables, TV and some shared computers. The wireless connection was also good and fast. The atmosphere in general was all right, although there was no party at night. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is great for JR Pass holders, there are 2 JR railway stations close to the hostel. Definitely good value for money!

Liked: The common room is cool!! Enormous! Kitchen and internet are free. There are also free computers in the loggy. The position is perfect, 10 minutes walking from Akihabara, 30 secs. from Bakurocho JR station. Exit n. 3. A bit hard to find out. Cheap and clean. Friendly staff.

Liked: Very fun atmosphere, walls were thin but people were respectful of noise levels when near the rooms. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but as long as you don't have a large amount of luggage, it's very comfortable. Lounge area in the basement was a great place to meet other travelers or to just relax. Staff were super helpful and this was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed at - top marks! I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Tokyo by themselves or in a group.

Liked: It has a good location, but the bedroom looks like a capsule hotel. The staff is not really friendly. They don t take enought time to explain the differents services of their guesthouse. People prefere to stay in front of there computer in the kitchen (Incredible). So it s not really friendly and not a good place to meet people. Moreover you can not be sur to find your own food in the frigde the day after. A member of the staff lets do it.

Liked: we are in japan for two months and we are definately going to be staying at the ninja again, staff were fantastic at helping us with directions around Tokyo or any problems at all really.would highly reccommend this hostel to anyone who wants to get around tokyo as its about 20 minutes walk from good places and the train station is about 30 seconds away.kevin and james

Liked: Except for the 2 person rooms being a little small compared to the other places i stayed in japan and tokyo (due to the cheaper cost also), everything else is excellent.

Liked: great location, on JR line makes it much easier to get to with JR pass, staff are really friendly, only downside was the noise, people walking on your floor can be heard from the rooms, would stay again though.
