Liked: small rooms, but if you´re on the road all day , it doesn´t matter anyway; friendly staff, free coffee and internet (exactly what travellers dream of)

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: Rooms are pretty small. It smells humity all the time. Not too clean place. Not cleaning the room in 4 days. Not offering new sheets.

Liked: The closed off bedding arrangement was great you have complete privacy even though its a dorm environment. Beds are set up like capsule style.

Disliked: I didn't choose to stay at this one longer.

Liked: I liked the cabins, they are enough spacious and fun to sleep on. The kitchen and living room were quite nice and propicious to spending a good time with other guests.

Disliked: Climbing to the upper cabins is not so easy and making the bed can be quite a challenge. The 5 floors without lift are also uninviting, but the staff carried the luggage, which compensated a bit. Luggage fitting in the rooms can also be a challenge and the room can look like a gipsie's camp if the guests are messy. Better solutions to store the bags in the rooms would be welcomed.

Liked: The cabin beds are fun, spacious and private. The lounge room and kitchen are quite nice. The staff was kind and helpful.

Disliked: To have to climb 5 floors with tall steps - luckily the staff carried my heaviest luggage - was the hardest part. Also the smell of dirty shoes that hit us on the entrance.

Liked: Had character and location was OK.

Disliked: Cabin beds got quite hot and stuffy, also took away the meeting culture you find at most hostels, but you do get security as a offset.

Liked: This hostel was awesome. The staff speaks perfect english and totally go out of their way to help you! I also made lots of friends here, since its very easy in the common room.And if you are still not sure... I mean come on... its called NINJA hostel... good show off value when you tell your friends ;)I will come back for sure!

Liked: the beds! tried to be as close as possible to capsule one :D information on the walls were quite helpful too. common shower was nice and clean.

Disliked: more fun staff would be appreciated!

Liked: I liked the cleanliness and the security of the facility. In the day, you had to pass the reception, and a passcode to enter the dorm. After 9 pm you had to enter to another door and enter another passcode, and they had strict rules about noise and guests.

Disliked: Too small security-lockers. This made everyone bring all their luggage into the dorm, which got pretty crowded from all the luggage.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were always willing to answer any questions that we had. The rooms, bathrooms, and showers were extraordinarily clean. The hostel is in a safe location. It has a wonderful lounge room downstairs. If you are going to Tokyo I would recommend staying here! You won't be disappointed.

Liked: hands down the best and cheapest hostel in tokyo. amazing staff...thanks for the parting gift! really new and clean, great lounge, super comfortable and affordable. see you next time!
