Liked: distinctly average

Disliked: double room was tiny, there was housekeeping mess all over the corridors and it was much further away from where it said it was

Disliked: room is really small if you have luggage, a little annoying that the subway stop right in front belongs to a private rail company, so you always have to buy two tickets, when going into the city...

Liked: Nothing much, staff seem rude even for Japanese room rent way overpriced for Tokyo and for what is on offer, Size of the room unbelivably inadequate for 9,000 yen a night only good points complementary breakfast only toast though and soup and 24 hour open cafe if you can find someone who will take your order

Liked: The bathroom was in our hotelroom but it was really small. And the breakfast was too early...it was hard to get some.....but all in all it was nice!

Liked: Absolutely awesome location, literally a hundred feet max from post offices, ATM, metro station, convenience store and around a dozen very nice izakaya/bars... staff speak excellent english and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

Liked: Will need to buy train tickets for both Keio and Tokyo Metro as Keio is not part of the tokyo metro. Initial impressions are that the hotel is in a outer suburb residential area but it is actually close to shinjuku and easy to get to Shibuya as well (just ask the staff). the are itself is nice to walk around in. internet in room very handy. Great vibe, very friendly and really helpful staff : )

Liked: The hotel is nice, but the rooms very small, at least ours. But I think it´s good value for being in Tokyo. It's 2 metro stops from Shinjuku, which is an amazing place to visit, have dinner, etc., but the place itself is very nice and quiet.

Liked: they put us in a single room but charged us for two people in a double. we only realised this after we left and had spent three nights practically sleeping on top of each other. its not good for meeting people at all and if you want to go out at night you have the stress of getting home for the last train or staying out until the first.
