Pauline MarcotteThe room is very small. It really only fit the two bunk beds and a very small table. I hear that this is fairly typical for Tokyo. It's in a great location, right near the Senso-Ji temple area. Great value for the price. |

Customer reviewIt was the only hostel we could find that offered an ensuite room for 2 people for an affordable price. The location was excellent, very close to the subway and some tourist attractions. The hostel had a very homely feel about it, and we loved the fact that we were able to get a taste of traditional tokyo by being able to try on kimonos in our room and having a traditional tea set and a traditional bath too. The staff spoke very good english and were very friendly and helpful. I really liked the roof terrace, it was brilliant for hanging washing out rather than having to put it in the tumble dryer. Free internet was a bonus. The only negative comment is that our room was not cleaned very often, I think the staff only came in to clean once during an eight day stay and I had to ask them, but the room was very clean on arrival and did not need much cleaning during the stay. I would definitely stay here again. |

Customer reviewThe price and the location (but not near the Yamanote line), but I feel the room claustrophobic....and not very clean...no emergency exits... Staff really nice! |
