28 November 2009	Stacy Koh Good quality beds with posture aware latex pillows. Friendly multi-lingual staff and relatively good location. However, for the amount of people they wish to cater for, the facilities are inadequate. Not enough showers and toilets, both with the occasional cleanliness issue (they do clean it every day, but when you're sharing 1 unisex toilet and 1 unisex shower with an estimated 20 other people on your floor alone, it can get a bit much). Baggage holding area is a joke.	60%

13 October 2009	Customer review We didn't like this hostel as it was overcrowded; the kitchen annex is too small for such a big hostel. Besides, we were badly bitten by bedbugs. The staff tried to help though and they moved us to a different room but the bugs seem to be all over the place and we ended up with even more bites the following morning. Only for thoughest travellers...	37%
