As seen on the NEWS, the new type of flu has been spreading quickly around the world.
Although the situation in Japan is not yet severe, we would like to do our best to help you prevent from being infected so that the rest of your trip in Japan and the world will be safe and pleasant.

1) We have put the most advanced air filters that kill viruses ( and produce plasma cluster ion!) on each floor of the hostel.
2) We are giving away FREE face masks for your safe travel.
3) To avoid any chances of infections, we, the staffs, are also wearing the masks in case one of us could have been infected.
4) Thorough elimination of any bacteria or viruses during our daily cleaning.

< To avoid the infection >

1) Please wash your hands thoroughly and garble when you come back from outside.
2) There are air filters in the lobby, the common room, and in each dormitory room, and they are producing the powerful ions to kill the germs and viruses, so please take an invisible shower of ion.
3) Please do not hesitate to come to the reception to ask for a FREE face mask. We advise you to wear the face mask, especially around the reception area and the common area.
4) We advise you to wear a face mask anytime you would be exposed to any crowded places such as the airports, train stations, inside the trains/metro, night buses, department stores, theme parks, etc.
5) IF you ever get any symptoms such as fever and coughs, please let the reception staffs know as soon as possible.

●Note●
+ We do not accept credit cards/debit cards. You have to pay cash in Japanese yen upon arrival. Please make sure you exchange some currency at the airport.

+Please note that in any cases, we ask all the guests
to show their passports for photocopying due to security reasons or administrative issue upon their arrival.

+ We are backpacker hostel and all our facilities are on shared basis and the beds are bunk beds

+ Age Restriction = no children under 10 years old

●Storage Service●
Reception is open from 8AM to 11AM and 3PM to 7PM.
We are glad to keep your luggage before check-in (8:00am~) and after check-out (~7:00PM) on the day.
Please confirm your arriving time and if you are going to be late. PLS. make sure to give us a call.
Our guest house closes at 9pm.

●Cancellation Policy:
=50% charge=
We charge 50% of the room fare if you inform us the cancellation one day
prior to the accommodation day.

=100% charge=
We charge 100% if it is on the accommodation day.
(Based on the Reception business hour, from 8am to 11am and 3pm to 7pm.)

=No Show =
If we don't confirm the arrival before 9pm we consider the guest as No Show and we cancel the booking. Please know that we charge 100% for the first night and 50% for the second night in this case.

●Arrange booking
If you need to change your booking, please send us your amendment detail as
soon as possible (at least 2 days before). Because we arrange your booking
according to our cancellation policy.

●Deposit
Please note that the deposit you have paid is non-refundable and non-replaceable.
in case of cancellation and booking arrangement..
