Liked: Friendly staff, not to hard to find. Free wifi in lobby. Pretty clean and bathrooms were very clean.

Liked: Definetly worth staying here if your on a budget... very similar to a freshman college dorm in the USA- Safe, good people, and showers were actually pretty good which was unexpected. Tokyo is so big so you'll have to use the subway most of the time anyway and this was a very close location to one of the main lines and Asakusa was a sharp area too.

Liked: Clean and secure. Helpful staff. Location is a bit removed from JR stations (important for JR pass holders), but the surrounding blocks are a very interesting place to stay: lots of places to eat out, an impossibly perfect place to shop for kitchen stationery, an important shrine, things like that.

Liked: The hostel is quite big, a little too big if you ask me. But it's a good place to sleep as the matrasses are thicker than usual in Japan. The beds itself are not that big though.

Liked: Nice common area. Simple, but good breakfast available for just 315YN. Overall, a good deal, although like many of Tokyo's hostels it's a fair way from the central, nightlife and shopping areas....

Liked: the staff people on site spoke english 24 hours which is nice and sometimes rare. The hostel is near a major metro station and near a free, nice temple with alot of souvineer shopping. Western restaurants and native food nearby as well. I liked the key card acces to rooms and the curtains for each bed to allow a bit more privacy for co-ed rooms. Free internet with great wireless signal. If you can find the small amusement park near the temple you will be able to find the hostel...drunken or not. I will stay here again.

Liked: English speaking staff made it much easier and enjoyable. You can ask them for what to do in Tokyo too!

Liked: The barthrooms although not completly closed to the elements were spotlessly clean on all three days and the beds in the dorms were larger than i expected. I would recommend this hostel to anyone coming to Tokyo as the location is brilliant for trips into the rest of the city and the area itself is very traditionsl

Liked: Located in a quiet area, not too far away from a metro station so it's easy to get around in Tokyo. Great place to meet people! If you're travelling alone, I'd suggest this hostel for the first days in Tokyo.
