The accomodation itself is very basic but in a large group of people, it was quite cosy. The people that work there are also very helpful.

It was a great hostel with extremley friendly staff, that go out of their way for you. The location is also good about a 10min walk to Namba station. I would recommend it to everyone.

The staff were very friendly and helped my experience in Japan be even better. The hostel has a very homly feel so if you want to curl up in the evning and take it easy you can, or if you want to head out it a very easy place to meet and make friends to share a few drinks with!

The owner(s) were very nice and the place was cheap. Train station and downtown were relatively close. Breakfast was tasty.

There is a huge room for people to come together to have a meal or DVDs. There are also two toilets and bathrooms. It was very useful. When we first get into the building where the hoatel is, we need to call the staff. After check-in, staff tells us the key number of the entrance of building. However, I think it is because to keep strangers out. Safety is deeply considered.

It was like a home. Oliver was very friendly and chatty and made us feel very welcome. It had a very comfortable atmosphere and I would definately stay there again. The location was a short walk to the train station but there wasn't much in the area of the hostel. When I stayed a new rooftop recreation and BBQ area had recently been completed which was a great place to relax and meet some people. A bit of work has been done to the place recently which would make for a more comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I overbooked by 1 night and they allowed me to cancel that night and refund my money. Highly recommended.

As numerous people have said already, the staff here is incredibly friendly. In fact, of the many places I've stayed, perhaps I enjoyed talking to this staff most. They're incredibly helpful and you instantly feel as if you've known them for years. I will include one downside to the hostel that may or may not bother other travelers. The rooms aren't very soundproof (at least the ones on the sixth floor) and that could be a problem if you want to get some sleep early as you may have to contend listening to other travelers talking outside or watching television in the living room. I thought my room was a bit too small for the price, but it was incredibly clean and was private and secure so it was a good trade off. The noise factor could be an issue for some, though. If not, you'll do fine.

They had a good selection of new movies that you could borrow off them if you wanted to watch. The owner was really friendly and always went out of his way to chat!

This a great friendly hostel. The owner is possibly the most Genki person on the planet and loves to chat with his guests. Rooms are nothing special but there is a good lounge room area to chill out in and chat to other travellers

Nice place to stay in, a little bit tight place to stay in. Warm water, hot showers, Tv/movies, kitchen(little bit unclean), got a key so you can stay out as long as you want every night.
