Absolutely the best hostel I have ever stayed at. The owner, Yumi, is amazing and will make you feel completely at home at the guest house. It can be hard to find if you don't print out or copy the map, so make sure you do. Conveniently located near two JR stations and only 2 stops from JR-Namba. But the best part is the owner and the other girls who stay there!

It's like staying in someone's house in Japan... and all the things that people have said about Yumi, the owner, on here are true - she couldn't have been more helpful and kind and even threw a small party to celebrate the September full moon. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned and the hostel is close to two train stations.... fantastic

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. It was located a bit off the beaten track in a neat little neighbourhood. There was a public bathhouse/onsen right around the corner and 5-10 minute walk to Tennoji Station. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere quiet to relax.

Friendly and personable host. A great environment - more like staying in someone's home rather than being a number in a hostel.
10 April 2008
The owner is really nice and has great English. The bedding was nice; it was new and quite clean. The bunk beds are new and have a wall that gives extra privacy in the dorm setting.
