Liked: I liked almost everything about this hostel. The owner Yumi was the greatest and it really feelt like you were living at someones home. I will definetly stay there again. I highly recommend this place.

Liked: it was nice to have a traditional tatami room and the hostel owner was really nice. quite difficult too find and the location is kind of shady, but definitely good value for money.

Liked: It`s a traditional Japanese house where you can sleep in a traditional room. Very friendly and helpful people living there. Neighbourhood the real deal.

Liked: The staff was super friendly and very helpful. It was located a bit off the beaten track in a neat little neighbourhood. There was a public bathhouse/onsen right around the corner and 5-10 minute walk to Tennoji Station. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere quiet to relax.

Liked: Friendly and personable host. A great environment - more like staying in someone's home rather than being a number in a hostel.

Liked: The owner is really nice and has great English. The bedding was nice; it was new and quite clean. The bunk beds are new and have a wall that gives extra privacy in the dorm setting.
