A typical Japanese inn, with tatami mats on the floor and futons for beds. Nice atmosphere, but a little too continental for my taste. Wireless internet access was a big PLUS !

Very clean, the staff was friendly, the location is great, very close to metro lines. Most important, it was cheap, just perfect for young people

Dont expect to meet loads of travellers, but its safe, the staff are friendly, and its only two subway stops (which is a 50m walk away) from the cool end of town. Do it!

convenient to everywhere by subway, just in front of hotel exit 1 of Dobuzuienmae station. It takes 6 stations to Osaka station. It take 2 stations to Nanba area. Every guestroom doesn't have their own bath and toilet facilities, you should go to lobby level for bathing, but each floor has their own toilet and cloth washing place for public use. Time table for male and female is different. Morning time is better for man, then night time is lady first. Internet is totally free here in the lobby. There are 3 PCs and 3 Lans could be used.

Very close to the Dobutsuen-Mae subway station and near Tennoji, which is a very nice area. The staff was polite and nice and the place itself was very good value for money.

Friendly Staff. Common room with videos and books, free internet. Very comfortable futons and so well priced. Only down side is the are in which the hostel is located, very seedy

OK location as its near subway and JR line. The area seems to be in the poorer area of Osaka as there appears to be alot of homeless people.

Cheap as chips so don't expect the earth but good value for money and secure, plus friendly staff and free internet! Convenient location that has a few harmless homeless people hanging around so might not be for everyone but great for the seasoned traveller
