8 floor buliding in central Osaka. 24hours 99yen shop near by. All rooms have bath room, kitchen, TV.A/C. Check in 12:00noon, to 5:00PM check out 12:00noon. Please call us once you have booked as we need your arriving time. no credit card accept cash only. Free cable TV and internet in lounge.
Monthly rent is available. Room rate from 46,000jpy. Additional person 10000 yen/month.
Each single room up to 2 person, utilities 10,000 jpy/month. internet connection 3,000/month.
** There is an additional 30,000 yen charge when you book for a monthly stay, this is non-refundable but it still works out cheaper to stay a month than pay a daily price. **
