Liked: It was pretty easy to find, only a few minutes walk from the subway.

Disliked: It's very close to a fire department station, thus sometimes you end up waking up in the middle of the night from the sirens.

Liked: The property is convenient for so many attractions, with many food establishments close by. Clean premises and value for money with staff that are so helpful, able to receive suitcases prior to arrival, when sent by courier and also able to leave suitcases once booked out up until eight pm when staff go off duty. ( could as did with us mean you get a further day without dragging cases around. ) We will be staying here in the future and for a longer stay next time. Accepts credit cards as payment even though booking says payment must be cash, advise to confirm yourself if wish to pay this way but sure accept Visa Mastercard Americian Express.

Disliked: The only downside to the accommodation is the fact that our mansion when entered smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, air con filtered the smell before too long and not a huge problem as one must remember that the smoking policy is different to that of the UK ( at the moment, it is slowly changing ).

Liked: Location was very nice. Close to the Osaka Castle. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room had a lot of space, clean and all you need.

Liked: The Staff went out of their way to help us with any queries or questions we had and the location was perfect for the sites of Osaka!

Liked: We booked a private twin and it was excellent value for money as we ended up with a little flat with a kitchen and spacious bathroom etc. This is easily one of the bet places we stayed in Japan and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying is Osaka. The staff are really friendly and helpful, free wifi is great and the room and bathroom were spotless. We would stay here again.

Liked: The location was very convenient, and it was close to food.

Disliked: The rooms were too small for large groups. There was one bathroom to be shared between 6 people. That is very difficult.

Liked: Good opportunities to make yourself at home, with the kitchen, balkony, microwave, self-laundryservice and so on. Very nice and helpful staff.

Disliked: We didn't have any hot water. Not so good sound isolation.

Liked: i like the fact that we have our own kitchen to cook and our own tv to watch. hehe.. but the wireless internet service was kinda slow.maybe you should upgrade the internet to become better. =)

Liked: A clean, spacious room with cooking equipment + fridge to boot. In the bathroom there were the usual towels, but also small toothbrushes+paste, hair brushes, packs of shampoo+conditioner and disposable razors.If you take a taxi there, *print a map of the area in Japanese*. Our driver kindly called the hostel for directions, as he couldn't understand our small map. The location is overall very good, only a few subway stations from the main sights.Overall the room was significantly better than I expect from low to mid-range hotels, and cheap as well. The only thing missing from a hotel stay was the daily cleaning, but that I can easily live without. To repeat a previous review, why would anyone want a hotel when this kind of accomodation is available?

Liked: You get your own apartment here for the price of a hotel room in a great location of Osaka making the value fantastic. The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean. They also have free LAN cables for internet in each room however it wasn't very fast.
