 Helpfulness of the owner. Pick up and lift from/to Narita Airport for free. Accompany to the city and neighborhood. I don't think the hostel is easy reached with public transport, but Yama san offers the service for free!

Yama was a fantastic host and came to pick us up from the airport even late at night and took us to the shop to stock up on food. He also offered to take us into town to sightsee and then took us back to the airport the next day for our flight. He was so helpful and friendly we wish we could have stayed longer!

The owner is most helpful and hospitable. The free airport pick-up and drop-off is an added advantage. Perfect for a short lay off at Narita Airport.

Hostel is located in a nice green area. Hostel owner Yamamoto San is a very nice person and picks you up from the airport on the arrival ( departure as well ). He is very helpful, kind and a good travel advisor. His english is so good that a good communication is possible. In my opinion he is offering his services under price. He could ask for few more dollars, as he is providing transport to and from airport, to the supermarket etc.. Many thanks Yama San for all the help given to us during our stay. We will defenitely come again..

Yama, the owner is fantastically helpfully and offers a free shuttle service to and from Narita airport. He has a number of bicycles for free use, excellent for exploring the area. Great value!!!!!!

Free bike rental (which was necessary to get to town, but getting there was an experience by itself), free airport pickup (owner would also pick up guest who used the bus from the station), nice owner speaking excellent English

Yama-San, the owner, is a model of friendliness and helpfulness. He comes to pick you up at the airport and it's compensated largely the fact that the Hostel ios a model of nowhere. Really a good place when you have an early flight the next day.

Yamamoto-san is awesome he does his best to accommodate every guest. the atmosphere is gentle and peaceful. nice beginning or ending of a exciting stay in Japan!!

This hostel was wonderful, because it was conveniently located - close to the airport, we arrived the night before our flight was to leave. The hostel owner provides pick-up and drop-off service, so we didn't even have to worry about getting to the airport on time. He took care of it all, including researching which terminal our flight left from and dropping us off at the proper place. Also, the hostel is in a somewhat rural area, which was great since we didn't get much of a chance to see rural Japan. The hostel owner was more than willing to drive us to a store to pick up food (he also had bikes we could use if we found the store was too far away). He offered to take us sight-seeing and to a karaoke box. Breakfast was provided and delicious, and the owner was enthusiastic and entertaining. We had a great time and regret we found it on our last night in Japan.
