The guys who run it were great - friendly, welcoming and had lots of information. I also thought it was great vlaue for money - breakfast and free laundry facilities are provided.

The owner (only met one) was very fluent with English, and was extremely helpful. Helped me arrange a meeting with Japanese friends as well as plan the next leg of my trip, which turned out wonderfully! As a word of advice, the shower area for the men at least seemed a bit sketchy at first glance but it is actually very clean and well stocked. If you are concerned just bring your own slippers/flip-flops and you'll be good to go!
Free internet in the room, and even the option to use a free tv tuner and web cam I do believe.

The staff are very friendly and speak great English. Shuji and Ken were brilliant and answered all our queries. We would recommend this hostel to everyone. It was very cheap, clean, had a relaxed, casual atmosphere (check out at 12), free breakfast, internet in the rooms and good location. They also helped us book accomodation in our next stop (Ishigaki). Brilliant!
