 The ryokan type is something Europeans and north-central-south americans should discover. The Watazen Ryokan is absolutly a must for a quality time. Traditional breakfasts are worth exploring and quite enjoyable. Staff are triple As. I will miss the place !

Great location - just 2 minutes on foot from teramachi. close to several convenience stores.
Great traditional japanese atmosphere.
Conditioned air in summer(!)

authentic athmospere and very friendly staff. also located very good in the center of the city.

Its a nice place located close to both party and culture. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere of the place is great.
