Liked: A bit old, but good enough for a private room at this price. Great location as it is very very close to the Kyoto station, which is the departure point for many bueses and subways.

Liked: The rooms were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for. The location was ideal aswell. Tea in the rooms was such a handy feature aswell

Liked: very near train and bus station so very easy to get around. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms very small but adequate

Liked: Excellent location. Lovely staff who try to their best to speak english. Clean. Has everything (fridge, tv, phone, heater/aircon, kimono bathrobes and slippers...)
