Liked: The owner was charismatic and he spent a long time telling us all the things we could see in Kyoto, but wasn't very understanding of our need to rest after a long flight.

Liked: the room got their own bathroom, no curfew.the hotel is only 10-15 minute by bus to kyoto station witch is fine.and the owner is really helpful, will tell you everything he knows about kyoto so you don't miss the must see!

Liked: It is really cheap and central in kyoto. You can reach all sights easily by bus. The owner will be very helpful, especially if it is your first time in kyoto.

Liked: what you pay is what you get. Cheap price but cheap hotel, no lobby for meeting people, nothing around to have a drink or a snack. No very clean and smell....old place. Room doesn t have more space than for the bed. And it is no bed, it is japanese futon.

Liked: The only positive is the proximity to the train station in Kyoto, even so I would not recommend it there are hardly any bars or restaurants nearby

Liked: Located in a traditional part of town away from the crowds. Decent room - had everything except a fridge, but the TV didn`t work. Friendly advice from the owner about best places to visit.

Liked: Owner was helpful with tourist information but was very pushy in suggesting itenarys. Rooms were old, and not the cleanest. Especially the bathroom was quite smelly
