Liked: All staffs were so kind and answered to my question. Also, its facilities and atmosphere were so good. Especially, it was a good experience to stay at Japanese traditional house.

Disliked: There were some noise outside at night.

Liked: My favorite hostel in Japan. Verry friendly staff who spoke good english, the location suited the style perfectly, there was a japanese style bath around the corner, and the look of the entire building was just amazing, it felt really japanese. Also, the japanese breakfast was really really good.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Really clean an unique hostel. Loved the traditional Japanese feel and the mats were extremely comfortable. The showers/bathrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly/helpful. We only stayed one night so didn't have the chance to check out everything they offered, but would definitely recommend this hostel to others.

Disliked: Only complaint was that since the walls are pretty thin, it's easy to hear any sounds outside. If another property nearby is doing laundry in the middle of the night you will hear it. Other than that, great!

Liked: All the staff speaks English, makes real efforts to help you as much as possible, and is really nice. This place is like a backpapers hostel, but is also very beautiful with Japanese-style rooms (tatamis and yukatas). And all you need is available : laundry, kitchen, bikes, map of Kyoto... Really nice place to stay !

Disliked: Isia left no negative feedback.
